RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS
 

I happily accept refunds and exchanges within my 14 day return policy. Please get in touch with me via email (soleilstoresales@gmail.com) if you are wanting to exchange or return your item.

I don’t offer free returns or exchanges so you will have to cover the cost of posting the item back to me. For exchanges you will also have to pay for postage again to get the item you are exchanging back to you.

I recommend any returns/exchanges are sent by recorded delivery as I cannot accept liability for items that are lost in the post. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition. If evident that the items have been worn the exchange/return will not be accepted and your item will be sent back to you.

When returning or exchanging please write a note in your parcel stating whether you are returning or exchanging (and what for), your name + your order number.

I will aim to refund/exchange the item within 3 working days from receiving your return.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost for both returns and exchanges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
